Financial

We are happy to accept your assignable indemnity dental insurance benefits as partial payment for professional services rendered, subject to deductibles, co-payments and plan maximums. We will work with you to help you afford the treatment you need, but we must emphasize that as your dental provider, we work for you and not your insurance company.

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. Simply call our office at (631) 324-1919. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without 24 hour notice.
